I trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and have acted professionally for fifteen years. Theatre work includes the National Theatre, the Young Vic and Shakespeare's Globe, and TV work includes on ITV, Channel 4, E4 and the BBC.

In 2020, I wrote and performed in my debut play Sunnymead Court, which was nominated for four Offies, including Best New Play. I a member of the Orange Tree Writer's Collective 2021, and developing scripts for stage and screen.

I have worked as an acting coach for over five years.
